Dinky was almost certainly a pedigree Bengal, and must have been living a privileged indoor life before his human woke up one day and decided that life would be simpler without him. And so Dinky found himself homeless and outdoors, dumped – probably on a different island – in the winter, without food or shelter.
Luckily he was a smart cat and attached himself to feral cat Mystery who led him to the drive where there was food. And, as the saying goes, the rest is history.
Despite being so badly let down, Dinky didn’t lose his loveable disposition; he was playful, energetic, noisy and dramatic all at once. And, no doubt rather like when he was a pampered indoor cat, he knew that the world and everything in it was his for the taking. As far as he was concerned, everything was fair game and nowhere was forbidden; whether in the garden, the drive, or on the terrace, the world was his oyster and he was determined to enjoy it.
So today, please enjoy some photos of Dinky, simply being Dinky.
