Having the security of the pods as their safe place gave the kittens confidence to spread their wings. Relationships were forged. Not only were there snuggle-buddies but also tussle-buddies too, and it was interesting to see how the kittens from the two different mothers mixed with each other, seemingly unaware of their different parentage.

Early Lately and Orangiboom were tussle-buddies, testing their strength against each other. Oranjiboom was quite a lot larger than Early Lately, but they made a well-matched pair.
