Welcome to The Cat Is Busy new-look blog.

Sadly The Cat is no longer with us, and the humans have had to move to a different home (sadly through necessity rather than choice). But we looked after The Cat, her family, and the Visiting Cats who came from the fields for over eleven years, and there are many photos to share and tales to tell (and yes, they all involve someone with a tail, or part thereof).

This photo is one of the first we have of The Cat.

She was already living in the garden when we arrived and details of her past are sketchy. She never gave much away, preferring to remain mysterious. And little did we know what a journey she would take us on, and how much we would learn about the secret life of feral cats and their behaviour and relationships.

This was only the beginning for us all.
